The fabrication approach

Dimensional stability starts with the process.

The drawing, critical interfaces and fabrication route guide how each frame is built and checked.

  1. Frame fabrication

Precision welded equipment frames and modular structures, with welding distortion control and stress-relief planning.

  2. Correction & alignment

Post-stress-relief correction where the process route requires it, followed by geometric alignment.

  3. Assembly & verification

Final assembly and dimensional verification against the agreed drawing and inspection requirements.

For engineering & procurement

Define what matters on the drawing.

Identify the dimensions to check after welding, after stress relief and correction, and at final assembly where applicable.

A note on 0.2 mm tolerance requirements

Any 0.2 mm requirement applies only to specified key dimensions or areas under agreed project conditions. Feasibility depends on the drawing, material, frame geometry, process route and inspection method; it is not a tolerance for every dimension or every frame.

Quality & inspection package
  • First article inspection (FAI) support.
  • Material, welding parameter and production traceability.
  • Calibrated instruments and metrology requirements confirmed per RFQ.
  • External dimensional verification where required by the inspection plan.
  • Documented NCR and corrective-action process.
  • Controlled handling of customer drawings and project information.
What to include in your enquiry
  • Frame drawings, 3D data, BOM and revision status.
  • Critical mounting, alignment and datum interfaces.
  • Material, welding, surface finish and handling requirements.
  • Inspection, FAI, traceability and documentation expectations.
  • Prototype quantity and anticipated production demand.
